Terrain Events Website

Terrain Events is an events planning and hosting service operating out of Terrain retail and cafe locations. “Offering a unique combination of locations, Terrain Events pairs a horticultural setting with farm-to-table cuisine, seasonally decorated spaces, and in-house floral and design services. The cafes and event spaces provide a gorgeous backdrop for any celebration, while the talented culinary team considers each client’s personal style to shape a locally-inspired menu.” I was tasked to design the Terrain Events website in three weeks time at URBN. Previously, Terrain Events was advertised as a small tab on the Terrain retail site. The Terrain Events website allows for a succinct, easy-to-navigate user experience outside the retail space. The website is designed to ease potential clients who are planning overwhelming events. It also celebrates the beauty that is the Terrain Events experience. Elements of the site feature image carousels, sections driven by dynamic content, and a color palette influenced by our retail store terrain and Design by Terrain, our floral arrangement partner. The site is not meant to directly book events but rather to provide clarity to Terrain Events offerings and capabilities. You can now view it at www.terrainevents.com.
